Order Processing Time

Orders placed on araromas.com are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Any orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time), or on weekends or holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.

During peak shopping periods, promotional events, or high order volume, processing times may be extended. Any delays will be communicated via email or posted on our website.


Order Confirmation

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been received. This email includes:

  • Order number
  • Items purchased
  • Payment confirmation
  • Selected shipping method

Please review this email carefully upon receipt.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

AR Aromas is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, a refund will be issued for the original order total, excluding shipping fees.
